Governor Ducey’s announcement shows Arizona businesses what information the government is looking at for a signal to reopen so that businesses can watch for themselves when to open and how to do so with utmost safety in mind. He is talking about Bars among other businesses.

American Legion Posts are not Bars. We are private veteran clubs who operate canteens under Series 14 permits. Other restaurants are Series 12.

You will see that on this date, 8.11.2020, Arizona counties are mostly above the threshold needed for safely reopening; referred to as “SUBSTANTIAL” hazard for public contracting disease.
