ACTION ITEM: These Students Need a Post Sponsor for Arizona Boys State!
Greetings from Arizona Boys State! We are proud to announce that over 225 students representing over 100 Arizona high schools are currently registered to attend the 2026 program – a significant increase compared to last year. While some of these registered students already have an identified Post sponsor, many do not. Boys State relies on the generous support of the American Legion Posts to make our program possible. We are calling on all Posts to review the list below and consider sponsoring one or more students from nearby high schools. Like last year, the Post sponsorship fee is $425 per student.
Don’t see a high school listed in your area, or can’t afford the Post sponsorship fee? Consider making a general donation in any amount to Arizona Boys State. Individual Legionnaires can also donate, and your donation may be tax deductible! Even though your donation won’t be allocated toward a particular student, your donation will still benefit all students by helping to offset program costs such as catering and lodging.

- Check instructions: Make checks payable to “Arizona Boys State” and mail them to Arizona Boys State, c/o American Legion Department of Arizona, 4701 N. 19th Avenue, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85015. If the check is for a particular student, please write the student’s (or the high school’s) name on the memo line so we can match the funds.
