May is Mental Health Month. If you haven’t been self-caring so far, every day is a good day to start! Remember to make your bed each day. You’ve heard it before; you’ll have accomplished one task. That task accomplished can lead to another and another. If you’re caring for loved ones, remember to take defined moments/hours for yourself.
