Please join the Mathew B. Juan American Legion Post 35 for a Veteran Stand Down event on Saturday, December 13, 2025 , from 9 AM to 3 PM. The event is hosted by Post 35 Entities.
The Stand Down will be held at:

Services & Resources Available
The Stand Down will provide vital resources for Veterans, including:
- VA Services: VA Benefits , VA Enrollment , Service Officer , VA Wellness Checks , VA PTSD, Toxic Exposure Screen , and a Vaccine Clinic.
- Support: Clothing & Food Donation Bags , Barbers/Haircuts , and Homeless Program.
- Veteran Organizations: Community Bridges , Soldier Best Friend , Point Man Az , DAV , Mesa Veterans Resource Center (AZURA) , Valor Veterans , OVIC , and GOODWILL VETS (Weed Works).
- Food & Fun: Hot Breakfast & Lunch will be served. You can also WATCH the ARMY/NAVY FOOTBALL GAME.
What to Bring
Veterans attending should please bring their DD214 or VA ID Card.
