Dear Community Partners,
COVID-19 vaccine participation is declining, so we have to redouble our efforts to educate and encourage people to get their vaccine. It’s our best shot at getting back to the special moments we miss the most.
Together with the Herozona Foundation, Equality Health Foundation, and many community partners, we will offer the Moderna vaccine (1st dose) administered by the Phoenix Fire Department team to adults 18 and older on May 1 at the Isaac Middle School.
We will also offer FREE COVID-19 nasal swab testing (children as young as 2 yrs. old) administered by Sonora Quest Laboratories and provide cloth face masks and hand sanitizers for everyone. Testing for COVID-19 remains a top priority to detect the virus, including new variants, and slow the spread while vaccines are being distributed.
