The office of Senator Sinema has asked for help from Veterans and the larger Arizona community to collect information regarding care received by the VA Healthcare system and/or other non-VA Healthcare providers.
The survey is confidential, voluntary, and this distribution is a service to our community especially our fellow Veterans and their families.
From the Senator’s office:
“The goal of the survey is to better understand the healthcare experiences of:
1. Veterans and service-members using VA care
2. Veterans opting not to use VA care
3. Caregivers and family members who are part of the health care experience of their veterans
The survey will be ongoing, anonymous, and should only take about 5 minutes to complete. Our office has engaged with local VA Medical Centers and they are supportive of this initiative. We plan to share data with them to recognize where they are doing well and identify opportunities for improvement. All feedback received from this survey will allow our office to better work for Arizona veterans and their families. AZ Veterans: we want to hear from you. Take our confidential VA Services Survey so we can ensure you’re getting the care you’ve earned. https://t.co/3fYZHpIq8Q “
Please consider using this opportunity to provide policy-makers with real-world information about our healthcare.
