Ayuda Smiles "Smiles for Veterans" has received a grant from Delta Dental of Arizona Foundation. Grant is to be used for exams, x-rays and cleanings for U. S. Veterans 60 years of age and older. The exams, x-rays and cleanings must be performed at Dental Schools or Dental Practices that significantly discount services to Veterans.
Jan and I just returned from Kingman, where we met with the Jerry Ambrose Veterans Council and Flagstaff where we met with the director and staff at Northern Arizona University Dental Hygiene Clinic. We are doing our best to ensure that as much of the state as possible is covered.
Eligible Veterans (even if they haven’t yet turned 60 but will during the 2020 calendar year) should contact "Smiles for Veterans" at 520-245-2997 for scheduling.
