Just a reminder to watch and avoid fake emails supposedly from Legion members/officers. If the matter is too wrong for a phone call to the number that you already have for your contact, its too wrong to make that call.
We should follow an unpublished rule that we will not use email to ask for or respond to buying gift cards and sending the number.
Further, it is the administrative policy of the Department Adjutant that Officers are not allowed to ask for help this way. Members of The American Legion family should seriously consider following the same rule.
