From the Adjutant’s Desk – Introducing Our New Yearly Officer Report Form!
We’re thrilled to announce a significant update to our yearly officer report form for the American Legion posts across Arizona. This new version of the form is designed to make your reporting process smoother and more efficient than ever before.
What’s New?
In the past, filling out the officer report form could be a daunting task due to its length, especially with the requirement to report on multiple officers from each post. However, we’ve listened to your feedback and made some exciting improvements:
- Conditional Logic: The form now adapts dynamically based on your responses. This means you’ll only see questions relevant to the officers you need to report on, making the form much shorter and easier to navigate.
- Repeater Field: We’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to add multiple officers effortlessly. You can now simply add new sections as needed, ensuring that you only fill out what’s necessary for your post.
Why It Matters
This update is more than just a facelift—it’s about improving user experience and increasing motivation to complete the officer reports. By streamlining the form, we aim to save you time and effort, allowing you to focus more on what matters most: serving your community.
Ready to Get Started?
We understand that some posts may have already submitted their reports for this year, but for those who haven’t, we encourage you to try out the new form. We’re confident it will make your reporting process smoother and more efficient.
If an officer changes at any point after the initial report has been submitted, please report the change using the same form by submitting the adjutant and new officer’s information.
