From my house to yours. MY house is full of bustle and full of love, and compassion to our Legion pillars. Shelley is aways involved in the Childrens Christmas Party at Post 36, I will assist where needed, this year they will not need to use my motorcycle for Santa to ride in on. This Holiday season was full of events for me, like The Phoenix VAMC gift shop. Held at Post 1, an impressive haul of much needed gifts was set up in the hall and Veterans could come in a choose from these items. Wow, great job by the Department Arizona Auxiliary. I also attended the VAMC gift shop event in Tucson, I met with District 4 ALA, and had a great time packing duffle bags and back packs with much needed items. The Prescott VAMC event led us to delivering quilts and presents. Santa, PDC Simon, Commander Balsley, myself, and the ALA from several districts were present for this. Big thanks to The American Legion Auxiliary for your volunteerism and dedication to these vital programs, and for inviting me.
