Last night’s AMBER Alert child suspects have AZ ties

JUST IN: DPS officials have sent an emergency alert to smartphone users on an AMBER Alert issued out of Washington. The alert involves a child that was allegedly abducted in that state. The two suspects in the case reportedly have Arizona ties.
