The Department of Arizona will begin sending Post Service Officers to the class offered by the American Legion National Headquarters; please note that this is NOT FOR ACCREDITATION. This class is to help teach you about doing your job as a Service Officer.
Please understand these requirements:
Since the NSO School is virtual, it can be completed in any computer-friendly location – there are only three requirements:
• Students need laptop or desktop computers. Tablets and phones will not work.
• Computers must have access to the Internet and have Google Chrome installed.
• Computers must have speakers and/or headphones.
The deadline for candidates to sign up is the 8th day of each month. Any candidate who signs up on or after the 8th day of the month will be processed in the following months submittal. Once scheduled, candidates will receive an email from the National team with further details. If you do not receive an email, your information is on the waiting list for an upcoming class.
