Subject: Fwd: Sad information – the passing of John Aldecoa, Air Force veteran, AVHOF 2014, and longtime leader in The American Legion
This is terrible news. John Aldecoa was the Adjutant for the American Legion the year after I started work at the Az Dept of Veterans Services in 1997
and retired the year after I left in 2013..
He was a solid advocate for veterans and our community will not be the same without him. Please wear your masks when you are around other
people. We don’t need to lose any more veterans to this wicked stuff. Be safe – gabe
