Hello Adjutants,
American Legion Riders Oro Valley Chapter 132 requests your help in distributing the following flyer and information for the Tucson Veterans Home need.
Please find attached a flyer expressing the need for the Tucson Veterans Home to have a golf cart to transport residents who are mostly wheelchair bound to and from doctor appointments throughout the VA complex. Currently, patients are hand pushed by the staff to their various appointments. Providing the cart would help greatly in time and energy, as well as provide some comfort during extreme weather conditions.
The American Legion Riders Oro Valley Chapter 132 has taken on the task to provide the Tucson Veterans Home with a modified golf cart. With the help of other organizations that support Veterans in need, may we also have your help by passing the word to help us raise money to accomplish this goal?
