Tuesday Talk with Commander Vaughan

This week, I encourage all to attend Arizona American Legion College as every post, district, and department deserves trained leaders.

I introduce our recent Oratorical Contest Winners: First Place, Wendy Gluski, and Runner-up, Elizabeth Young. Wendy will go on to represent Arizona at the National contest to be held in May at Hillsdale College in Michigan. Both winners are sponsored by Post 145 in Peoria and were only separated by ONE POINT.

I also talk about updates to our Membership Drive.

I recognize a few Legionnaires for the great work they are doing, and I leave you with another thought to consider.
