please provide this to your Post leaders ASAP.
Previous information published by the Arizona Department Adjutant with opinions regarding needing a “Kitchen” are herein rescinded.
I’m not sure if we had it wrong or the matter evolved, right now, I’ll stand corrected.
Let’s get these Posts serving our Members as safely as the public practices can allow. Please consider this with the council of your Executive Board, the CDC, and other local jurisdictions so that we don’t inadvertently endanger our members and their guests.
If we offer dine-in services though we do not have a kitchen, we can be in compliance with COVID 19 orders? Noting that we are not open to the public just our members and their guests.
We would need to decide upon some way to provide food to our patrons.
