Effective March 18, 2020, the Phoenix VA Regional Office, Public Contact Office has been temporarily relocated to the Phoenix VA Medical Center (VAMC) – Veteran Resource Center located at 650 E. Indian School Road, Bldg 1, Room 1606.
Our Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment Office will remain open for limited services. You may call in advance to confirm availability at 602 627-2800.
If you need help with any VBA benefits, our National Call Center is available to provide assistance through our toll free phone number: 1-800-827-1000. You can also submit a question on our secure and convenient online services available through www.va.gov or www.iris.custhelp.va.gov/app/ask.
Please be advised, some Veterans Service Organizations located within the Phoenix VA Regional Office are currently open to the public. Please contact them directly for their hours of operations.
NOTICE: COVID-19 screening is being conducted at all VA Medical Centers. Please take the following into consideration before leaving your home:
- Do you currently have flu-like symptoms, i.e. fever, cough or difficulty breathing? Click here for the CDCs list of Flu Symptoms.
- Have you traveled to an area (China, Iran, Italy, Japan, and South Korean) or states with widespread or sustained community transmission of COVID-19 within the last 14 days? Click here for the CDC’s list of international areas with sustained transmission.
