American Legion Department of Arizona  Annual State ConFERENCE
November 1-3, 2024

Location/dates/times: El Conquistador, Hilton Resort 10000 North Oracle Rd Oro Valley, 85704.

**Vendor dates are Friday and Saturday only, November 1 and 2, 7:30AM – 5PM. To be completed by the exhibitor/vendor.

Sponsorship Packages Explained (Optional)

Gold Sponsor – $3000

As a Gold sponsor, you will receive a logo and a description along with a link to your web site posted on the American Legion Oro Valley Post’s website, a recognition entry on the Post’s Facebook page, a banner displayed in the Convention Hall throughout the convention, an exhibitor table in Exhibition Hall, free convention registration, a full-page color ad in the convention program book and two T-box signs at the Post’s annual charity golf tournament.

Silver Sponsor – $1500

As a Silver sponsor, you will receive a logo and a description along with a link to your web site posted on the American Legion Oro Valley Post’s website, a recognition entry on the Post’s Facebook page, free convention registration, an exhibitor table in Exhibition Hall, a half page color ad in the convention program book, and a T-box sign at the Post’s annual charity golf tournament.

Bronze – $500

As a Bronze Sponsor, you will receive a logo and a description along with a link to your web site posted on the American Legion Oro Valley Post’s website, free convention registration, an exhibitor table in the Exhibition Hall, and a Half Page B&W ad in the convention program book.

Exhibitor/Vendor Registration Fee (covers both days): $200 ($75 for non-profit) for 6ft table. (Table, two chairs and table covering are provided by the hotel). Please register by October 25, 2024. *The El Conquistador Resort charges a separate daily fee for electrical power use. Make arrangements directly with the resort.

All Exhibitors/Vendors Receive:

Business/organization name and relevant product or service will be listed in the event program received by each of the estimated 1,000 attendees.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Exhibitors/vendors are allowed to staff their tables Friday and Saturday November 1 and 2 only, 7:30AM to 5pm. Setup is allowed no earlier than 7am.

2. The registration fee is non-refundable and is due in full, along with a completed registration form, no later than October 25, 2024.

3. The organizer retains the right to reject any registration and to refund the registration fee.

4. Registration fees are to be paid either by check or online. Please continue below for payment options.

5. Registrations are only valid once a confirmation is received from the host organization.

6. *Vendors/exhibitors are not permitted to conduct raffles. Only the Host American Legion Post 132 family entities are permitted to conduct raffles.
