Program guidebook ads (every attendee receives a copy of the program guidebook):

Full page (B&W $225/color $300); half page (B&W $140/color $175; quarter page (B&W $100/ color $130).

Full page color ad purchase is entitled to an exhibitor/vendor table at a 50% discount. If purchased, a coupon code will be provided to you by email (once you submit this form) to be used on our vendor/exhibitor registration form.

Submit ads by June 4, 2025, in pdf format and print ready please. Full page size is 8.5x11.
