Sponsorships, Vendors and Program Book Advertisement Available

1500-2000 attendees expected (each attendee receives a program guidebook)

Sponsorships:

Platinum level sponsorship - $5000

Platinum offers the highest level of visibility. As a Platinum sponsor, you will receive a logo and a description and link to your web site posted on the American Legion State of Arizona’s website, and on the American Legion American Legion Post 35’s website, a special Platinum Sponsor banner displayed in the Convention Hall throughout the convention, a reserved table for Lunch with the American Legion State of AZ Commander, an exhibitor table in the Exhibition Hall, free convention registration, a full-page color ad in the convention program book and a banner and two T-box signs at the Chandler Post 91’s annual charity golf tournament to be held April 23, 2025.

Gold Sponsor - $3000

As a Gold sponsor, you will receive a logo and a description along with a link to your web site posted on the American Legion Post 35’s website, a banner displayed in the Convention Hall throughout the convention, an exhibitor table in Exhibition Hall, free convention registration, a full-page color ad in the convention program book and two T-box signs at the Chandler Post 91’s annual charity golf tournament to be held August 26, 2025.

Silver Sponsor - $1500

As a Silver sponsor, you will receive a logo and a description along with a link to your web site posted on the American Legion Post 35’s  website, free convention registration, an exhibitor table in Exhibition Hall, a half page color ad in the convention program book, and a T-box sign at the Chandler Post 91’s annual charity golf tournament to be held April 25, 2025.

Bronze - $500

As a Bronze Sponsor, you will receive a logo and a description along with a link to your web site posted on the American Legion Post 35’s website, free convention registration, an exhibitor table in the Exhibition Hall, and a Half Page B&W ad in the convention program book.

Program guidebook ads (every attendee receives a copy of the program guidebook): Full page (B&W $225/color $300); half page (B&W $140/color $175; quarter page (B&W $100/ color $130). Full page color ad purchase is entitled to an exhibitor/vendor table at a 50% discount. (Submit ads by June 4, 2025, in pdf format and print ready please. Full page size is 8.5x11.

Vendor/Exhibitor Terms and Conditions:

  • The attendees will have a special incentive to visit the vendors/exhibitors. The American Legion Chandler Post 35 will sponsor a “visit the exhibitors” game with prizes.
  • Venue: Crown Plaza, San Marcos Golf Resort, One N. San Marcos Place, Chander, AZ, 85225
  • Location of the exhibitor/vendor tables: La Ventana Ballroom or Foyer of San Marcos Ballroom.
  • Vendors set-up time: Thursday, June 25th, 3 p.m. – 6pm. Doors lock @ 6pm.
  • Dates to staff exhibitor/vendor tables: Friday and Saturday June 26 and 27 only, 7:00am – 5pm. The earliest access is 7:00am.
  • Duration of staffing tables: 7:00am – 5pm both Friday, June 26th and Saturday, June 27th.
  • Table assignment: Check with Sherrie Wood for assigned tables
  • Access to power and Wi-Fi: The resort will assign wi-fi access codes to those who need wi-fi access. Note: The resort does charge a daily fee for use of power. Access to power is very limited. Arrangements for and payment of power is to be made directly with the resort. See Vendor Contract with Resort.
  • Tables and chairs: The resort’s staff will provide one 6ft table and two chairs each.
  • Mounting of material on walls: Recommend stand-alone signage. Note: The resort recommends command strips for mounting banners, etc. This and similar mounting hardware protects the walls.
  • *Vendors/exhibitors are not permitted to conduct raffles. Only the Host American Legion Post 35 family entities are permitted to conduct raffles. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Vendor Breakdown: 5:00pm - 6:00pm Saturday June 27th
